Please read these terms of sale carefully. You will be asked to expressly agree to these terms of sale before you place an order for products from our website. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, you are not authorised to use this website and will be unable to proceed with your order.
In these terms of sale, “we” means Feed Me Mummy (and “us” and “our” will be construed accordingly); and “you” means our customer or potential customer for products (and “your” will be construed accordingly).
(3) Order process
The advertising of products on our website constitutes an “invitation to treat”; and your order for products constitutes a contractual offer. No contract will come into force between you and us unless and until we accept your order in accordance with the procedure detailed below.
In order to enter into a contract to purchase products from us, you will need to take the following steps:
(i) you must add the products you wish to purchase to your shopping cart, and then proceed to the checkout;
(ii) you must enter your personal information, such as name, address and contact details;
(iii) you must then confirm your order and consent to these terms of sale;
(iv) you will be then be asked to enter your payment details, and Worldpay will securely handle your payment;
(v) we will then send you an email acknowledging your order; and
(vi) once we have checked whether we are able to meet your order, we will either send you an order confirmation (at which point your order will become a binding contract) or we will confirm by email that we are unable to meet your order.
Before you place your order, you will have the opportunity to review your shopping cart to check if you have made any errors. You can make any amendments before placing your order by editing your shopping cart.
We will not file a copy of these terms of sale specifically in relation to your order. We may update the version of these terms of sale on the website from time to time, and we do not guarantee that the version you have agreed to will remain accessible. We therefore recommend that you print and retain a copy of these terms of sale for your records.
The only language in which we provide these terms of sale is English.

(5) Price and payment
Prices for products are quoted on our website. The website contains a number of products and it is always possible that some of the prices on the website may be incorrect. We will verify prices as part of our sale procedures so that a product's correct price will be stated when you pay for the product. The prices quoted include all applicable taxes. Prices of products may be subject to change. Payments are processed in GBP.
In addition to the price of the products, you will have to pay a delivery charge, which are stated in section (7) and will be as stated before you pay for the product.
Payment must be made upon the submission of your order. We may withhold the products and/or cancel the contract between us if the price is not received from you in full in cleared funds. We accept payment by credit/debit card through our online payment provider Worldpay. We also accept payment by cheque and bank transfer. If you choose to pay by cheque or bank transfer, we will not dispatch the goods until the payment has cleared into our account. If you wish to pay by either of these methods, please email us.
(6) Your warranties
You warrant to us that:
(a) you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts, and you have full authority, power and capacity to agree to these terms of sale;
(b) the information provided in your order is accurate and complete; and
(c) you will be able to accept delivery of the products; and
(d) you are at least 18 years of age.
(7) Delivery policy
We will arrange for the products to be delivered to the address for delivery indicated in your order. Delivery is by standard first class mail, unless otherwise agreed. Delivery for one vest within the UK is £1.60, a combo (2vests) is £2.00. More items will increase the postage with a maximum delivery cost of £3.50. Delivery for bibs is £1.20 per bib.
The vests can be delivered to Europe at a rate of £4.50 for 1-2 vests, increasing to £5.80 for 3-6. Please contact us for a price if you want to order more than this. For international delivery, it is a flat rate of £7.00 for the vests only.
We endeavour to despatch your goods within 48 hours of receipt of your cleared payment. If for any reason there is likely to be a delay, we will contact you as soon as possible. We will not be liable for delay or errors by Royal Mail.
(8) Risk and ownership
Risk in the goods and ownership of the product passes to you upon delivery to the address stated on the order.
(9) Returns policy and cooling off period
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you may cancel a distance contract to purchase a product or products from us at any time within 14 working days after the day you received the relevant products or products. You will be refunded in full (including the cost of sending the products to you). However, you will be responsible for paying the cost of returning the product to us. You must promptly return the products to us, in the same condition in which you received them.
If you wish to exchange an item, contact us and then simply return the unused item or items to us in their original condition within 30 days of receipt. Always obtain Proof of Postage from the post office as we will not be liable to problems with the postal service. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. We will send a replacement as soon as possible.
When returning unwanted items, they must be returned in their original state with all labels and tags attached where applicable.
In the unlikely event that you need to return goods to us because you consider them faulty, please let us know and once we have received the item back we will review it and advise you of the outcome. If a refund is due, we will process the refund as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day we confirmed to you via e-mail that you were entitled to a refund. If you want an exchange we will send a replacement as soon as possible.
If you cancel a contract and are entitled to a refund, we will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase and any refund made will be based on the price you paid. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible.
If you are returning the item because it is faulty, we will also refund the postage cost of sending the item back to us.
(11) Statutory rights
If you are a consumer, any statutory rights which you have, which cannot be excluded or limited, will not be affected by the terms of sale.
(12) Limitations and exclusions of liability
We shall not be liable for any indirect losses you may suffer, including any loss of profit, income or anticipated savings as a result of our failure to comply with these terms or our negligence. Save that our liability in respect of any death or personal injury caused by our negligence shall not in any way be restricted.
We will not be liable to you in respect of any losses arising out of any event or series of events beyond our reasonable control.

You may not assign, charge, sub-contract or otherwise transfer any of your rights or obligations arising under these terms of sale. Any attempt by you to do so will be null and void. We may assign, charge, sub-contract or otherwise transfer any of our rights or obligations arising under these terms of sale, at any time – providing such action does not serve to reduce the guarantees benefiting you under these terms of sale.
These terms of sale will be governed by and construed in accordance with English law, and the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction to adjudicate any dispute arising under or in relation to these terms of sale.
